Camera Access

Payment Information & Apple Pay
Swift Ride accepts various payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and traditional credit/debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Apple Pay Transactions
When you use Apple Pay, your actual card numbers are not stored on your device or on Apple servers. Instead, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted, and securely stored in the Secure Element on your device. Each transaction is authorized with a one-time unique dynamic security code. Swift Ride does not receive your actual card number when you pay with Apple Pay.
Payment Data We Collect
We collect and process payment information necessary to complete your transactions, including: billing address, payment card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), last four digits of your card, and transaction history. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers and are processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
Payment Security
All payment information is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption during transmission. We partner with Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, to ensure the highest level of payment security. We do not store, process, or transmit cardholder data on our own servers.
Recurring Payments
If you subscribe to our vehicle rental services, we securely store a tokenized reference to your payment method to process recurring subscription payments. You can update or remove your payment method at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Text Messages
To opt out of receiving text messages from Swift Ride, Inc., you must reply "STOP" from the device receiving the messages.
Push Notifications
To turn off push notifications, use in-app and/or operating system settings on your device.
Required Communications
Unless you choose to delete your account(s), you cannot unsubscribe from certain communications that are required as part of your use of our services (e.g., communications about changes to this Policy).
Swift Ride, Inc. does not discriminate against any user for exercising their privacy rights.
Privacy for Individuals Under 25
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 25, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 25. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected information from an individual under 25, please contact us immediately for prompt resolution.

Camera Access
Our App requests access to your device's camera for the following purposes:
Taking Photos/Videos
To allow you to capture photos or videos for use within the App.
Scanning QR Codes/Barcodes
To enable features that require scanning QR codes or barcodes.
Documenting Vehicle Conditions
To document the condition of vehicles at the time of pickup or return.
Augmented Reality Features
To support AR features that require camera input.
We are committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring that any images or videos captured using the App are stored securely and used solely for the intended purposes. Photos and videos captured using the App are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you choose to share them. We do not use your camera to collect any personal data without your explicit consent.
Account Deletion and Data Removal
How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the app IF you do not have any current subscription with Swift Ride, Inc.. Please follow these steps:
- Open the app and tap on my Profile icon.
- Choose the option Delete Account.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion of your account.
If you have a current subscription with us or an amount due and still choose to delete your user account, please refer to the Contact Us section below.
Request Data Deletion
If you encounter any issues with deleting your account or prefer to request data deletion through other means, please contact us. We will process your request as soon as possible and ensure that your data is removed from our systems.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in our privacy policy, or as required by applicable laws. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
